01Who you contract with
Brand My BMW is an independent advertising project operated by Suthaharan Vishnugopy, 16 rue Degas, 95120 Ermont, France, SIRET 905 044 210 00011 (“we”, “us”). Reach us at vishnugoby0010@gmail.com. By purchasing advertising space you agree to these terms.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to BMW AG or any of its subsidiaries. All trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.
02What you are buying
A spot is one unit of advertising space, priced at €100 including any applicable tax. Buying multiple spots increases your logo area proportionally, and adjoining spots are grouped into a single continuous area wherever the panel allows. You may buy between 1 and 250 spots per order.
Each spot buys two things, and both begin as soon as your payment clears:
- Campaign website display — your company name and website in the sponsor list on this site, if you chose public listing at checkout.
- Vehicle placement — your approved vinyl graphic applied to a 2017 BMW 330e hybrid.
Choosing not to be listed publicly is your decision and does not reduce the fee. A spot is advertising space — not a share, investment, security, or any interest in the vehicle. It confers no ownership and no right to control how or where the vehicle is driven.
03Placement and position
Final dimensions and position are agreed with you in writing after your artwork is approved. We allocate placement in good faith based on the number of spots bought and the space physically available. Specific panels cannot be reserved in advance and are not guaranteed.
Your graphic is professionally applied as vinyl and displayed for at least 12 months from the date of application, subject to clauses 5 and 7.
04Your artwork
After payment, send a vector logo file (SVG, EPS, AI or PDF) to vishnugoby0010@gmail.com. We cannot apply your graphic until we receive usable artwork.
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use the artwork you send, and that displaying it infringes nobody’s rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything it claims.
05Suitability and removal
Every sponsor is approved by hand. You warrant that your artwork, your brand, and the website you ask us to link to are lawful and suitable, and that none of them is:
- unlawful, hateful, discriminatory, violent, or adult in nature;
- political or religious campaigning;
- misleading or deceptive, or promoting a scam, fraud, or an unlicensed regulated service;
- malware-serving, phishing, or otherwise dangerous to visitors; or
- otherwise damaging to the reputation of this campaign.
This warranty is continuing. If we find at approval — or at any time afterwards — that your brand, artwork or linked website breaches it, we may refuse the placement or remove it, delist you from the sponsor history, and end this agreement immediately.
Sponsorship refused or removed under clause 5 is a breach by you, not a failure by us, and the fee is retained in full. Please check your own site against this list before buying.
If we instead decline your artwork for a neutral reason — it conflicts with an existing sponsor, or it is technically impossible to reproduce at the size you bought — that is our limitation, and you receive a full refund under the Refund Policy.
06The €25,000 target
The €25,000 figure is a campaign milestone. It is not a cap, and not a condition of your purchase. There is no funding threshold to meet and nothing is held in escrow.
Your listing goes live and your graphic is applied whether the campaign reaches €25,000 or not, so the service you paid for is delivered either way. Sponsors can keep buying space after the target is passed while suitable placement remains.
07Outside our control
The vehicle is a real car in daily use. Accidents, mechanical failure, theft, weather damage, or a legal requirement may interrupt or end the display. If the vehicle display ends early through no fault of yours, we refund a pro-rata share of the fee for the remaining period, or agree a replacement placement with you.
We do not guarantee any level of exposure, impressions, traffic, leads, or commercial result, and make no promise about how far or how often the vehicle is driven.
08Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are in euro, and you are responsible for any tax that applies to you in your own country.
09Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
10Changes and law
We may update these terms for future purchases; the version you accepted at checkout governs your order. These terms are governed by the law of France and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
