01What we collect
Suthaharan Vishnugopy, 16 rue Degas, 95120 Ermont, France, is the data controller for this site. Questions and requests go to vishnugoby0010@gmail.com.
- At checkout: your name, email address and billing address, plus the company name, company website and public-listing choice you type into the form. These are collected by Stripe on our behalf and stored in our own database.
- Payment details: your card number is entered directly into Stripe and never reaches our servers. We see only the amount, the payment status, and the last four digits.
- Your artwork: the logo files and correspondence you email us.
- Usage data: Vercel Analytics records aggregated, anonymous page views. It sets no cookies and does not track you across other sites.
02Why, and on what basis
- To fulfil your order — approve artwork, apply your graphic, contact you about it. Basis: performance of our contract with you.
- To publish the sponsor list — your company name and website appear on the homepage only if you chose “Yes” to public listing at checkout. Basis: your consent, withdrawable at any time by emailing us.
- To keep accounts and comply with tax law — transaction records are retained as required. Basis: our legal obligation.
- To prevent fraud — Stripe screens payments. Basis: our legitimate interest in not being defrauded.
04How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law in France requires, commonly 6 to 10 years. Artwork files are deleted within 12 months of your graphic being removed from the vehicle. If you withdraw consent to public listing we remove you from the sponsor list promptly.
05Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable format. Email vishnugoby0010@gmail.com and we respond within one month. You may also complain to your national data protection authority — in France, the CNIL.
